Day of Arrival

All first year students participating in FreshFest are moving in to their assigned dorm on Thursday, August 17th, from 11am to 4pm. During this time, make sure you:

• Park your vehicle in a metered parking spot. You are allowed to park in front of any meter until your car is unloaded.
• Meet your FreshFest Group Leader at your dorm. You should be getting a message from them leading up to FreshFest so you know who you are looking for.
• Use the provided bins and dollies to move your things into your dorm. Some staff and students will be available to help you if needed.
• Come by the William Pitt Union Plaza to officially check in for FreshFest with our Hillel staff. Snacks, swag, and some other important information for parents and families will be here from 11am to 4pm. You can come to the Plaza before or after you move in, whichever is more convenient for you!
