Rachel received a B.A. in Communication, B.S. in Information Science, and M.Ed. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from Pittsburgh, Rachel lives in the North Hills with her husband, Dave, and sons, Arthur and Simon. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys family outings to the Pittsburgh Zoo, Phipps, and Carnegie Museums.
