Samantha was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and recently graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. During her time at Syracuse, she was deeply involved with Syracuse Hillel, where she held several leadership roles focused on building meaningful relationships across campus and cultivating a vibrant, inclusive Jewish community. Beyond Hillel, Samantha served on the executive board of OttoTHON, Syracuse University’s Dance Marathon benefiting Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Growing up, she spent 11 summers at Capital Camps as both a camper and counselor. In summer 2023, Samantha participated in Birthright and Onward Israel, where she traveled around Israel and interned in Tel Aviv. In her free time, Samantha enjoys sharing stories from her study abroad experience in Europe, listening to music, and spending time with friends! Jewish community has played a central role throughout her life, and she is thrilled to give back and begin her career in the Hillel movement.
